Victoria Wolanin – Lead Planner and Designer


A Cornell Hotel School graduate, Victoria has the experience, knowledge, and ability to coordinate, plan, and execute your event to perfection.


Victoria began her career with corporate events and charity galas and then expanded to luxury weddings at the behest of her clientele. She adores learning about each and every client to know what makes them tick so she can design their dream event and throw in some surprises along the way.

Michael Eagan – Head of Production


While attending the University of Maryland, College Park, Michael started working events at the Student Union. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping clients happy, earned him a swift promotion to Event Manager. As manager, Michael planned and executed countless large-scale events at the University.


The most rewarding part of event planning for Michael is allowing a client to bring their ideal function to life without a single headache or hiccup.

Jack Sheahan – Graphic Designer and Jack of All Trades


Jack specializes in custom graphic design work, including logos, invitations, place card settings, and all other custom design needs. He heads up our custom website division, building you a bespoke webpage to wow your guests or event sponsors.


With a masters from Cambridge University, Jack is also uniquely qualified to write impeccable copy for your invites, website, and other communication with your guests to ensure the verbiage is clear, concise, and one of a kind.
